The New Science and Technology program focuses on innovative approaches to resource consumption and production processes, emphasizing sustainability and responsibility. Students will gain skills necessary for modern industrial challenges. Graduates can work in sustainability consulting or pursue research opportunities.
In the Bachelor program 'Responsible Consumption and Production', students study interdisciplinary topics that merge engineering sciences, business management, and consumer behavior. The curriculum focuses on developing sustainable products and production processes while minimizing resource consumption and environmental impacts.
The program is structured over six semesters, including one semester dedicated to practical experience. Students actively participate in international summer schools and have the option to study at one of eight partner universities within the EURECA-PRO network.
Graduates of this program gain technical and management competencies essential for developing sustainable solutions within teams. They acquire skills in engineering principles, innovation, and an understanding of consumer behavior that are crucial for responsible production practices.

The level of legalisation your certificates need depends on your country of origin:
Apostille
If your country is part of the Hague Apostille Convention, an Apostille from the competent authority of the issuing country is sufficient.
No legalisation
A small number of countries have a bilateral agreement with Austria and need no further legalisation.
Full diplomatic legalisation
For all other countries: the full chain — pre-certification by the issuing country's authorities (e.g. Ministry of Education and Ministry of Foreign Affairs), then legalisation by the competent Austrian representation (embassy/consulate).
Translations are usually done after legalisation. Check the required order with the issuing authorities and the Austrian representation.
