Das Bachelorstudium Materialwissenschaft und Werkstofftechnologie vermittelt umfangreiche Kenntnisse über Metalle, Keramiken und Kunststoffe. Studierende arbeiten in den Do-it Labs an innovativen Materialien und lernen, wie man neue Werkstoffe für verschiedene Industriezweige entwickelt. Der Abschluss öffnet Türen zu Karrieren in der Kunststofftechnik und Materialforschung, sodass Absolventen in der Lage sind, zukunftsfähige Technologien zu gestalten. Das Studium betont praktisches Lernen ebenso wie theoretisches Wissen, um den Herausforderungen des Marktes gerecht zu werden.
Studierende lernen über die Eigenschaften und Anwendungen von Metallen, Keramiken und Kunststoffen. Der Fokus liegt auf Materialien, die energiesparend und innovativ sind, einschließlich 3D-gedruckten Bioimplantaten.
Der Studiengang gliedert sich in sechs Semester mit Vorlesungen und praktischen Laborübungen. Abschließend müssen Studierende eine Bachelorarbeit verfassen.
Absolventen sind in der Lage, Materialien analytisch zu bewerten und innovative Lösungen für technische Herausforderungen zu entwickeln.

The level of legalisation your certificates need depends on your country of origin:
Apostille
If your country is part of the Hague Apostille Convention, an Apostille from the competent authority of the issuing country is sufficient.
No legalisation
A small number of countries have a bilateral agreement with Austria and need no further legalisation.
Full diplomatic legalisation
For all other countries: the full chain — pre-certification by the issuing country's authorities (e.g. Ministry of Education and Ministry of Foreign Affairs), then legalisation by the competent Austrian representation (embassy/consulate).
Translations are usually done after legalisation. Check the required order with the issuing authorities and the Austrian representation.
