Master of Science (MSc) in Digital Science
This PhD project aims to develop diagnostic and prognostic biomarkers for neurodegenerative diseases. Candidates will engage in longitudinal studies to monitor patient populations and analyze data from various clinical assessments, which can lead to significant advancements in personalized medicine approaches for neurodegenerative disorders.
The program focuses on Digital Science, covering topics such as data analysis, digital methods, and computational techniques. Students explore interdisciplinary approaches that integrate technology with qualitative and quantitative research methods.
Organized into four semesters, students engage in a progressive learning experience through coursework, projects, and a thesis. The curriculum includes both theoretical and practical components, with opportunities for internships in relevant sectors.
Graduates develop competencies in data management and analysis, critical thinking, and project management. They are equipped with skills to apply digital tools effectively in various research and professional contexts.

The level of legalisation your certificates need depends on your country of origin:
Apostille
If your country is part of the Hague Apostille Convention, an Apostille from the competent authority of the issuing country is sufficient.
No legalisation
A small number of countries have a bilateral agreement with Austria and need no further legalisation.
Full diplomatic legalisation
For all other countries: the full chain — pre-certification by the issuing country's authorities (e.g. Ministry of Education and Ministry of Foreign Affairs), then legalisation by the competent Austrian representation (embassy/consulate).
Translations are usually done after legalisation. Check the required order with the issuing authorities and the Austrian representation.
