Bachelor of Music (BM)
The IGP Bachelor's program in Violoncello focuses on developing artistic and instrumental skills in a structured environment. Students will participate in performances and receive training in various music genres, with a strong emphasis on historical techniques and modern interpretation. Graduates will be well-prepared for a career in music performance and education.
The program covers the essentials of cello performance, music theory, and the historical context of music. Students explore a variety of musical styles and genres, enhancing their practical and theoretical knowledge.
The program includes six semesters of coursework, culminating in a final performance examination. Internships and practical teaching experiences are integral to the curriculum.
Graduates will acquire technical proficiency on the cello, a solid foundation in music pedagogy, and the ability to communicate effectively in musical settings. They will be equipped to perform professionally and teach music.

The level of legalisation your certificates need depends on your country of origin:
Apostille
If your country is part of the Hague Apostille Convention, an Apostille from the competent authority of the issuing country is sufficient.
No legalisation
A small number of countries have a bilateral agreement with Austria and need no further legalisation.
Full diplomatic legalisation
For all other countries: the full chain — pre-certification by the issuing country's authorities (e.g. Ministry of Education and Ministry of Foreign Affairs), then legalisation by the competent Austrian representation (embassy/consulate).
Translations are usually done after legalisation. Check the required order with the issuing authorities and the Austrian representation.
