Im Bachelor Nachhaltige Kunststofftechnik und Kreislaufwirtschaft lernen Studierende, Kunststoffe umwelt- und ressourcenschonend zu entwickeln und einzusetzen. Das Studium vermittelt umfangreiche Kenntnisse in den Bereichen Kunststoffverarbeitung, Werkstoffkunde und Produktdesign. Durch praxisnahe Projekte und Laborpraktika werden industrielle Prozesse greifbar. Absolventen sind nach dem Studium insbesondere in der Industrie gefragt und können ihren Beitrag zur Entwicklung nachhaltiger Lösungen leisten.
Das Studium behandelt die gesamte Wertschöpfungskette von Kunststoffen, von ihren naturwissenschaftlichen Grundlagen über das Design und die Verarbeitung bis hin zu Recycling und Kreislaufwirtschaft. Themen wie Digitalisierung und Nachhaltigkeit stehen im Vordergrund.
Das Bachelorstudium ist in mehrere Phasen gegliedert und umfasst praktische Laborerfahrungen sowie Module in Mathe, Chemie und Maschinenbau. Eine Bachelorarbeit ermöglicht eine individuelle Spezialisierung auf Wunschbereiche.
Absolventen werden als hochqualifizierte Fachkräfte in der Kunststofftechnik ausgebildet. Sie entwickeln Kompetenzen in der Verarbeitung von Kunststoffen, Recycling-Technologien sowie interdisziplinären Ansätzen zur Lösung gesellschaftlicher Herausforderungen.

The level of legalisation your certificates need depends on your country of origin:
Apostille
If your country is part of the Hague Apostille Convention, an Apostille from the competent authority of the issuing country is sufficient.
No legalisation
A small number of countries have a bilateral agreement with Austria and need no further legalisation.
Full diplomatic legalisation
For all other countries: the full chain — pre-certification by the issuing country's authorities (e.g. Ministry of Education and Ministry of Foreign Affairs), then legalisation by the competent Austrian representation (embassy/consulate).
Translations are usually done after legalisation. Check the required order with the issuing authorities and the Austrian representation.
