Das Bachelor-Fernstudium in Psychologie bietet eine fundierte Ausbildung in den Grundlagen und Anwendungsfächern der Psychologie. Studierende lernen die wesentlichen Theorien und Methoden, die zur Analyse menschlichen Verhaltens und Erlebens nötig sind. Der Studiengang legt Wert auf die Entwicklung sozialer Kompetenzen und ethisches Bewusstsein. Absolvent*innen sind für Tätigkeiten in der psychologischen Beratung und Intervention qualifiziert.
Die Studierenden beschäftigen sich mit den Grundlagen der Psychologie und lernen verschiedene Anwendungsbereiche kennen. Ein Highlight ist die Spezialisierung innerhalb der Anwendungspsychologie in Bereichen wie Bildungspsychologie oder Gesundheitspsychologie. Auch die Vermittlung von Methodenlehre ist Teil des Curriculums.
Das Studium ist in Module organisiert, die über sechs Semester verteilt sind. Studierende können in Voll- oder Teilzeit studieren und haben die Möglichkeit, Praktika zu absolvieren. Am Ende des Studiums wird eine Bachelorarbeit verfasst.
Die Absolventen erwerben Kompetenzen in der psychologischen Beratung sowie in der Anwendung psychologisch-diagnostischer Verfahren. Zudem entwickeln sie Fähigkeiten im kritischen Umgang mit ethischen Fragestellungen in der Psychologie.

The level of legalisation your certificates need depends on your country of origin:
Apostille
If your country is part of the Hague Apostille Convention, an Apostille from the competent authority of the issuing country is sufficient.
No legalisation
A small number of countries have a bilateral agreement with Austria and need no further legalisation.
Full diplomatic legalisation
For all other countries: the full chain — pre-certification by the issuing country's authorities (e.g. Ministry of Education and Ministry of Foreign Affairs), then legalisation by the competent Austrian representation (embassy/consulate).
Translations are usually done after legalisation. Check the required order with the issuing authorities and the Austrian representation.
