The Internet of Things & Smart Infrastructure program focuses on developing smart solutions through IoT systems. Students learn the fundamentals of communication technology, computer science, and automation technology. The curriculum is designed to provide practical project work and theoretical training to prepare students for careers in various tech roles.
Students study topics related to electronics, communication technology, and intelligent systems that integrate physical and digital infrastructures. The focus is on practical applications of IoT in smart buildings and cities.
The program is organized into a foundational first four semesters followed by specialized courses in the last two semesters that focus heavily on IoT systems and technologies. Students undertake internships during the fifth and/or sixth semesters and complete a bachelor project and thesis.
Graduates gain competencies in system architecture, software development for IoT, and project management in digital environments. They develop a strong technical foundation combined with practical experience in implementing smart solutions.

The level of legalisation your certificates need depends on your country of origin:
Apostille
If your country is part of the Hague Apostille Convention, an Apostille from the competent authority of the issuing country is sufficient.
No legalisation
A small number of countries have a bilateral agreement with Austria and need no further legalisation.
Full diplomatic legalisation
For all other countries: the full chain — pre-certification by the issuing country's authorities (e.g. Ministry of Education and Ministry of Foreign Affairs), then legalisation by the competent Austrian representation (embassy/consulate).
Translations are usually done after legalisation. Check the required order with the issuing authorities and the Austrian representation.
