Bachelor of Science (BSc)
The Bachelor of Health and Nursing focuses on equipping students with essential competencies and knowledge for a dynamic and challenging career in health and nursing. Students have the opportunity to complete a course in Preclinical Care and Nursing, granting them certification in both health and nursing as well as emergency medical services. The program offers a full-time study track that can be completed in St. Pölten or at the Mostviertel educational campus.
Im Studium stehen die Pflegewissenschaften und das Notfallmanagement im Vordergrund. Studierende lernen, wie sie mit Patienten kommunizieren und deren Bedürfnisse erkennen können. Zudem werden Grundlagen der medizinischen Versorgung vermittelt.
Das Studium ist in drei Phasen gegliedert: Grundstudium, Aufbaustudium und Praktika. Die Studierenden absolvieren mehr als 2.300 Stunden praktischer Ausbildung in verschiedenen Gesundheitseinrichtungen.
Die Absolventen erwerben Kompetenzen in der Gesundheits- und Krankenpflege sowie hervorragende kommunikative Fähigkeiten. Sie sind außerdem auf die Herausforderungen des Gesundheitssektors vorbereitet.

The level of legalisation your certificates need depends on your country of origin:
Apostille
If your country is part of the Hague Apostille Convention, an Apostille from the competent authority of the issuing country is sufficient.
No legalisation
A small number of countries have a bilateral agreement with Austria and need no further legalisation.
Full diplomatic legalisation
For all other countries: the full chain — pre-certification by the issuing country's authorities (e.g. Ministry of Education and Ministry of Foreign Affairs), then legalisation by the competent Austrian representation (embassy/consulate).
Translations are usually done after legalisation. Check the required order with the issuing authorities and the Austrian representation.
