The Bachelor in TransArts focuses on innovative practices in the field of media arts. It combines theoretical knowledge and practical skills across disciplines such as visual arts, performance, and technology. Students engage in collaborative projects and develop their artistic identities while preparing for various career paths in the creative industries.
Students will explore artistic concepts, produce and document their work in various media, and engage with contemporary art discourses. The program encourages innovative thinking and practical application of artistic skills.
The program is organized into two phases: an admission assessment where students showcase their artistic abilities, followed by a structured curriculum over six semesters, culminating in a final project.
Graduates will possess strong visual communication skills, a diverse portfolio demonstrating artistic abilities, and an understanding of contemporary art practices and theory.

The level of legalisation your certificates need depends on your country of origin:
Apostille
If your country is part of the Hague Apostille Convention, an Apostille from the competent authority of the issuing country is sufficient.
No legalisation
A small number of countries have a bilateral agreement with Austria and need no further legalisation.
Full diplomatic legalisation
For all other countries: the full chain — pre-certification by the issuing country's authorities (e.g. Ministry of Education and Ministry of Foreign Affairs), then legalisation by the competent Austrian representation (embassy/consulate).
Translations are usually done after legalisation. Check the required order with the issuing authorities and the Austrian representation.
